This would be any moving of furniture from one area to another within the same floor, or the same building. The re-arranging of one office or many offices. New carpets?, we can move your office furniture out of the way so that new carpet can be laid, then return and reset your office furniture.


We can advise what would be the easiest way to move from one location to another. We can supply the moving boxes, labels, computer bags and assist in the packing of your office. Furniture is carefully blanket wrapped, computer and office equipment are all handled with expert care, also wrapped or placed in machine carts or speed bins for the move.


We are knowledgeable in the repair of those squeaky chairs, broken or jammed file drawers, locked file cabinets and more. We offer the services of refinishing desks, tables, credenzas and other types of wood furniture. We provide earthquake securing for file cabinets and bookshelves.


We have a wide range of modular furniture installation services. We service, Knoll, Steelcase, Hon, Herman Miller, Hayworth, Teknion, etc. We also service shelving units in Space Savers, Times 2 Shelving Cabinets, Tab, Conserve a File, Lyon, etc. We can assist you in re-configuring your office or setting up a modular system.


Our main warehouse is located in South San Francisco. We have storage vaults available for your storage needs. We offer pick up and delivery for most items. Product which we pick up from your location is paper padded or blanket wrapped, photographed and inventoried either at time of pickup or when placed in our storage vaults. Storage access is by appointment only. Items requested to be taken out of storage are indicated by item number from the inventory list. We pull the vault, pull the product and deliver product as directed. Any new storage is added to the existing inventory, and placed in the most accommodating vault. Depending on size and quantity, a new vault may be needed to accommodate more product.


We also function in the receiving of new product for your upcoming jobs. Received product is marked and placed on pallet racking. When product is ready to go out, we will pull and load. Our crew at EXPERTISE, are polite, clean, and eager to help in all your needs to make your decisions as easy as possible.


We have a variety of used office furniture on hand at our northern California warehouse. These include but not limited to: file cabinets, keyboard trays, conference tables, secretarial chairs, side chairs, executive chairs, desks, credenzas and bookcases. (availability depends on what is on hand at that time)


We have available for your convenience, moving cartons, and moving supplies. Equipment such as dollies, bookcarts, machine carts, panel carts, hand trucks, pads, masonite, tubs, johnson bars, etc. are standard equipment. Rental fees will be charged for any equipment needed to be left on site for more than 3 days. Please call our office for charges and availability.
